With generational connections to farming in the Timboon and Port Campbell district, Licensed Estate Agent Will Lord has a natural understanding and passion for Western Victorian rural property. With a background in retail sales, and family connections in real estate, Will began his real estate career in early 2019 and for the last two and half years has been working closely with Michael Stewart and Nick Adamson to hone his craft in the rural real estate market.

Driven by fostering connections and building trusted relationships with vendors and clients, Will is highly motivated to become one of the most trusted hardworking and dedicated agents in the Western District. Will brings new life to Charles Stewart; as the youngest agent on the team, he hopes his enthusiasm, communication skills, tech savvy and modern approach to real estate, along with his strong local knowledge and family connections really sets him apart from other agents across South Western Victoria.

When not meeting vendors or running inspections across the district, you'll find Will keeping very active and involved in the community. During the summer his passion for surfing and fishing takes him all along the Great South Coast and in the cooler months he's busy with his role as wingman for the Warrnambool Blues Football Club. Otherwise, he's spending time at the family farm in Port Campbell.
