How your property presents to the buying public is a major factor in the selling process. Stand out the front of your property as if for the first time. Most buyers will generally drive or walk past your property to decide whether or not to arrange an inspection.

  • Weed and tidy garden beds
  • Prune trees and shrubs close to the house
  • Clean dust and cobwebs from the exterior
  • Remove rubbish
  • Repair small maintenance problems and paintwork

 

Internally

Creating space internally by de-cluttering rooms and removing excess furniture will enable buyers to fully appreciate room sizes. Other tips include:

  • Repair dripping taps and sticking doors
  • Clean walls, floors and windows
  • Wash and store dishes
  • Make up beds
  • Open blinds & curtains
  • Put toys away
