The extra care and attention in finding the most suitable tenant/s has meant that in 10 years there has only been two changes of tenancy. In addition, the property has been rented the entire time. Moreover, receiving consistent rental payments and exceptional care to the house and gardens. Whilst, regular detailed property condition reports from the team, gave me peace of mind and any repairs required, were all managed by the rental team and their excellent trade contacts. All very much appreciated, more so for someone like myself that lived some distance away from my childhood home town.
