Alice Baulch is a bright, bubbly, and highly personable member of the Charles Stewart team in Warrnambool, bringing extensive local knowledge, strong community connections, and a genuine passion for customer service and marketing.

Having grown up on a family farm near Hamilton, with her family having lived and worked in the region for many generations, Alice has deep roots throughout Western Victoria. Her understanding of the local area, combined with an extensive network of contacts, allows her to connect with clients and the community on a genuine and personal level.

Alice holds a Real Estate Sales Representative Certificate, providing her with valuable industry knowledge and insight.

Prior to joining Charles Stewart, Alice gained diverse professional experience across several industries. She spent four years working at the Port Fairy Medical Clinic, followed by two years in property management, before moving into her current role in marketing and customer service with Charles Stewart.
Outside of work, Alice is a proud mother of three children. Much of her spare time is spent supporting her children in their sporting and extracurricular pursuits, while also enjoying socialising and spending quality time with family and friends.

A strong believer in giving back to the community, Alice has volunteered on various school committees, supported local sporting organisations, and contributed to numerous community events over the years. Her enthusiasm, community spirit, and commitment to helping others make her a valued member of both the Charles Stewart team and the wider local community.
