Joining Charles Stewart in April 2025, Darcy Conlan brings 8 years of experience in the farming industry and a genuine passion for livestock and agriculture. Having completed an Advanced Diploma of Agribusiness at Longerenong College, Darcy has developed an understanding of agricultural operations and the livestock sector.

A true all-rounder, Darcy enjoys the variety that comes with the role and values the opportunity to work with livestock every day. His practical knowledge, strong work ethic, and commitment to supporting clients make him a valuable member of the Charles Stewart team.

Raised in Queenscliff, Darcy has strong rural and regional connections that have helped shape his passion for agriculture and local communities.

Outside of work, Darcy enjoys spending time with family and friends and can often be found playing football, embracing the teamwork and community spirit that are also important aspects of his professional life.
