Elisa Hanlon joined Charles Stewart Howard in January 2024 in a Livestock Administration role. Growing up on a dairy farm in Irrewillipe, Elisa developed a strong connection to agriculture and rural communities from an early age. Known for her kind and caring nature, Elisa enjoys building positive relationships with clients, colleagues and the wider farming community. Elisa will be in the Bromfield Street, Colac office every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Prior to joining the livestock industry, Elisa spent 25 years working as a nurse and midwife, building extensive experience in communication, organisation and customer service. Today, she plays an integral role in the Livestock team at Charles Stewart Howard, processing livestock market transactions, coordinating bookings for the monthly Colac Store Sale, assisting clients, supporting stock agents with documentation, and providing essential administrative support across the department.

Elisa enjoys the diversity of her role and values the opportunity to work closely with producers, clients and agents, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of livestock sales and services. Her approachable manner and willingness to help make her a trusted and valued member of the team.

Away from the office, Elisa is actively involved in the local community through her volunteer work with the Western Eagles Football and Netball Club. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, running an Angus cattle herd with her family, gardening and cooking.
