Jess Manning is a valued member of the Colac Rental Management team, working as a Property Management Assistant. As the first point of contact for maintenance requests and general enquiries, Jess plays an important role in ensuring our tenants, landlords, and contractors receive prompt and friendly assistance.

Working closely alongside our Property Managers, Jess provides essential support to help keep our properties running smoothly and our clients well looked after. Her approachable nature, strong organisational skills, and willingness to help make her a trusted point of contact for our clients.
