With over 18 years experience in the Livestock sector and a Real Estate agents representative course under his belt, Matthew Buckle brings versatility to the Charles Stewart team. Working alongside Director Nick Adamson, Matt has gained valuable experience in rural property selling, and finds his existing relationships built through his vast livestock experience to be an excellent complement. Matt says “working as a Livestock Agent lends itself well to supporting and assisting clients if they decide to sell their farm, buy more land or generally have other rural land enquiries.”

Having grown up on his parent’s dairy farm in the Cobden area, Matt always had an interest in farming, improving stock through better feeding and genetic improvement and improving land. Now he enjoys helping clients make the right decisions based on improving their cattle, the timing of selling their stock and the different markets and opportunities that are available for livestock. Matt feels his proven ability to build relationships and trust with clients is one of his main assets as an agent.

Outside of Charles Stewart, Matt is involved with the Warrnambool and Cobden Golf Clubs, the Warrnambool Football Netball Club where his two children play and the Warrnambool Basketball Association. “Team sport is a great way to meet people, contribute to a club and volunteer my time into the running of these clubs.”
