Melissa (Mel) French joined the Charles Stewart team in September 2025.

Originally from Broadford, Victoria, Mel moved to Melbourne for school before eventually settling in Geelong. She works across Geelong, Winchelsea, Colac, Cressy and Beeac, and is always happy to travel further afield.

Mel values integrity, open communication and reliability in the people around her and aims to reflect these same values in her working relationships.

Being entrusted to care for another person’s biggest asset is a responsibility Mel takes seriously. She aims to make property management simple, easy to understand and efficient for both owners and renters.

Outside of work, Mel enjoys spending time outdoors, horse riding and sharing good food with family and friends. At home, Mel has Cleo the horse and Bailey the cat, and enjoys target shooting as a member of the SSAA.

Mel enjoys life, doesn’t take herself too seriously and is armed with a dad joke or two.
