Melissa (Mel) French joined the Charles Stewart team in September 2025 and enjoys the variety that property management brings. Mel appreciates that every day is different and enjoys helping clients navigate their property needs.

Mel grew up in Broadford, Victoria, before moving to inner Melbourne for school. Mel now calls Geelong home and works with clients across Geelong, Winchelsea, Colac, Cressy and Beeac. Mel is always happy to travel further to provide support where needed.

Mel believes that without integrity, clear communication and strong relationships, success is difficult to achieve. She strives to be approachable, reliable and easy to work with, and values the trust her clients place in her. Her goal is to make the property management process as smooth and stress-free as possible, while also having fun.

Outside of work, Mel and her husband enjoy being members of the SSAA and participating in target shooting. They share their lives with Cleo the horse and Bailey the cat and enjoy a lifestyle centred around the outdoors, good company, great food and making memories with family and friends.
