A strong crowd attended the Annual Autumn Murdeduke Angus Bull Sale held on property at Ombersley.
There were a total of 79 registered bidders and the sale resulted in a full clearance of all 85 bulls offered with the top-selling bull making $32,000 and an overall average of $10,612.
Having purchased from this sale in the past, Jack Kenny purchased three bulls, including the top-selling bull in the 2023 sale, with plans to put them over Angus heifers.
"The three bulls just stood out among the pack, they had everything we were looking for in terms of growth rates, birth weights, EMA and IMF, so everything we were looking for, they ticked all the boxes," said Jack.
