LOVING WHAT YOU DO WILL ALWAYS ENSURE SUCCESS!

Charles Stewart Western Victorian high end residential and lifestyle licensed estate agent, Penny Adamson, loves what she does and that, she says is reflected in achieving record sales across four major towns in South West Victoria.

Penny, a licensed estate agent with over 10 year’s industry experience, currently holds the record for the highest sales results in Hamilton, Warrnambool, Port Fairy and Koroit.  Not bad for a mother of four who also donates significant time to her role as Chair of the Board for the Hamilton & Alexandra College Foundation.

Her sales certainly form an impressive lineup: $4.3M for a striking home on Hopkins Point Road, Warrnambool, $7.2M for beach front in Griffiths Street Port Fairy, around $3M for Saint Patrick’s Luxury Boutique Hotel in Koroit and $1,345,000 for a striking historic home in Church Hill, Hamilton. Significant sales achieved both pre and post Covid!

“You can get by with what you receive, but you enjoy life more because of what you give” says Penny. “Giving time to vendors and purchaser’s to understand what their needs are is so important.” Professional standout marketing campaigns, excellent relationships with editors and a passion for perfection ensure record results for Adamson every time. “You need to work on your vendors timeframe not yours, days on market are not a consideration, it’s all about your vendors motivation and giving them sound advice and time” Penny says.

Penny also gets great reward from volunteering to raise funds for school scholarships through her work as Chair on the Foundation Board for the Hamilton and Alexandra College, “Our current focus is to raise funds to help children to attend this incredible school who could not otherwise afford it.” Downtime is spent at the regions sporting fields cheering on her own children – “you’re a long time dead so I’ve decided to go for it! Fortunately I don’t need a lot of sleep” she adds laughing.
